Forty years ago on June 9, 1978 Daly House Museum opened to the public for the first time. We are celebrating our 40th Anniversary of preserving the community’s history on July 25, 2018 with a Strawberry Social. Join us under the lamp-lit towering elms of our Victorian Garden for luscious strawberry shortcake, cold lemonade, and iced tea. Entertainment that evening will include the ballads of kilted Scottish vocalist Callum Morrison and Brandon’s own Ukulele Group.
So please join us for a lovely evening to acknowledge Daly House Museum’s contribution to the rich and nuanced history of Brandon. This commitment over the past 40 years and hopefully well into the future is to be commended. The importance of the collection is both invaluable and intriguing … truly a unique experience for young and old alike!
