On March 09, 2019, some very “interesting ladies” will be visiting the Ukrainian Reading Association Hall for Daly House Museum’s Annual Fundraising Dinner. Our production will enlighten you about these ladies’ lives and their contributions so fundamental in breaking the glass ceiling.
The aptly titled “HER-STORY” presentation is brought to us by the Assiniboine Theatre Company, directed by Kenneth Jackson.
In keeping with the dinner theatre format, the actors will remain in character throughout the evening, mingling and conversing with the guests during dinner.
The dinner will be a home style meal, complete with roast beef, mashed potatoes, perogies and delicious salads. Red and white wine will be available. There will also be a 50/50 draw with proceeds going to Daly House Museum. Guests are invited (but not obliged) to attend the Annual Meeting following dinner.
The dinner will be held on March 09, 2019 at 6:00pm at the Ukrainian Reading Association Hall. Tickets are $55 for members and $60 for non-members. All proceeds will be put toward exhibit curation, program development, archival management and ongoing operations at Daly House Museum.
